38:00 with math, what she is saying is 17x9 so (170 - 17 = 153) so 17x9 is 153 you do 17x10 easy then take away 17 make sense. It’s gets harder when you get to like 33x9 so 330 minus 33 = 297… yeah I just did that in my head lol. It's funny that ol' foxu has that right when I'm getting rotator cuff inflammation from work-related RSI. Work third-shift now and end up cutting apart and slapping around 2000 parts each night from some machine into a bin. After a good while of doing that, the same repeated movement causes some soreness and a dull aching. I've got this stuff called Hempvana that sort of works, although it's promoted as a "hemp-oil" creme but the real magic ingredient is the lidocane. If you're not allergic or whatever, something along that line may do a little bit of helping. Also if you want to confuse people, it might be funny to cover the 1976 Papaya song. (If you cared to do some kind of in-joke with the other white-haired fox yapper.)

Ugh. Company I work for has started including the "land acknowledgement" thing in email signatures. I intend to resist until the point where they have to specifically ask me to include it in my signatures and then I'm going to tell them what I think of it.

Kirsche, find the most conservative business owner you know and ask him who he invests his wealth with. That's your answer. Up north I'm with a 9th ranked firm, which isn't good. But my average return is 13% (17% without Biden) annually because the track record of the investment advisor trumps everything. He was fantastic and his son is just as good. Also, you should have 100k to invest in order to get with a competent firm. In your circumstance you may have to take it out of your down payment on your future house. Even if it's not paying for itself initially, getting into the firm NOW will be worth it, as opposed to the next time you have 100k on hand. Which after buying a house, will be never. That's the best advice I can give. Also your take on house design/decor is objectively correct.

I have never heard of Bad Kids until today. After the stream I binged the show and read the novel. The novel is fantastic thriller, the kid you play as is legitimately bad, rivaling most cerebral cold blooded serial killers you’ll find in most fiction.
