From notes in the game: It turns out his psychiatrist/doctor had been prescribing him the wrong medication. So instead of getting better he was getting worse and the Doctor wrote him off as insane and unsavable since it can't have been his fault for misdiagnosis.

Despite not being a big fan of horror, this has been a really fun game to watch along with an interesting story. You've done so well to finish this game Kai and you had a very impressive first run. Thank you for the amazing stream

To get the new josh ending you had to find everything in his workshop in chapter 7 (there was a diagaram of the fake body saw machine used to fake his death that you missed near the entrance.) finding them all changes the dialouge after Josh’s reveal from Josh wanting be internet sensation to being confronted about his mental issues plus changes josh’s last choice from “they need to change.” To “I’m so Sorry”
