After the Pizza Tower stream I mentioned that it could be a good idea for her to check out Sonic games to get used to momentum in platforming, so... I'm not really surprised it ended up happening. Momentum is still a glaring weak point in her gaming skillset, but hey... Raora, as a serious health suggestion. Do a Keto diet for about 3 months. Be strict and don't have cheat days, unless of course there is some kind of team celebration then fine. So, no carbs(grains and starches), no sugar, and no alcohol. This should help with reigning in the headaches. Also, try to fit in more exercise(resistance training or weight lifting). More walking is good too. Sleep is also very important for this.

Still gotta finish the last of the vod but those headaches sound just like my cluster headaches, I really hope thats not what it is because they are truly awful and depending on severity can be really disruptive. Love to the mamma that hopefully she gets some good solutions to that soon.

If you are getting headaches, I recommend to try to stop drinking caffeine. Caffeine withdraw can cause major headaches. I had to stop drinking it myself because I would often get a bad headache on the weekends when I wasn't keeping the same daily routine.

You did pretty well Raora! Nice starting and progress today! Playing Sonic games does get some adjusting to with controls and mechanics but I'm sure you'll pick it up eventually. Aww, you may not have performed the best at the game, but I wouldn't have gone as far as you did! You still got a few S ranks and A ranks, to be fair! I haven't played many Sonic games, so I'd be lying if I called anything other than the soundtrack nostalgic (and a bit of the 3D Sonic gameplay), but it was still fun! And the pinball...
